These chargers are constant current, constant voltage (CCCV) “Smart” chargers for . “Smart” chargers stop charging once 29.2V is reached.
For safety reasons, the charger times out and stops charging after 72 hours of continuous use. That is indicated by blinking red LEDs. To activate the charger again, simply disconnect and reconnect the power cable.
